Amazing customer service, comfy atmosphere.

We stayed in an a decent size and brand-new room with a couch, and greatly enjoyed it. Everywhere there was clean. The staff was very amiable and excellent, helped a lot.

The hotel is clean, has good prices, its location is marvellous and convenient next to a good area of town and the mall and many restaurants, movie theaters, and the mall. The employees are great. The rooms are brand-new and comfortable, and are complete with the shower as well as the ac.

Repeatedly asked for an itemized receipt and never got one. The room we reserved was not cleaned so they had to put us in two other rooms. Overhearing the clerk tell the Mgr on the phone that the room was one of ten rooms not cleaned that day, the Mgr to me the next morning the issues like this would be avoided in the future if a made reservations directly on the hotel website. Upon leaving asked us to give them all 10s on the review because they were in completion with the New Mexico branch.

The front desk staff was friendly and attempted to resolve the issue with the smell in the second room, but overall, it still felt unclean and poorly maintained.

Good shopping close by. A cinema just about next door. A couple of good steak houses close to hotel.

I liked how close the hotel is to the freeway. That was very helpful.

The surrounding area of the hotel is very sketchy/scary. My father and I were very uncomfortable leaving our car in the parking lot when there was a scary individual loitering in the parking lot. We also were walking to our room and there were cockroaches in the stair well. Not the best in cleanliness.

The room was spacious and equipped with a comfortable kitchenette, easy for us to prepare some snacks. The beds were cozy, and we appreciated the cleanliness of the space. The staff was responsive.

Per the reservation: we were supposed to have a suite with a couch & a smoking room. The room was not a suite & no smoking rooms were available. We were not able to get a receipt for our stay. We were given a partial refund which has not been applied to our credit card. Without any receipts, we are probably stuck!!!

The hotel had a great laundry facility, a comfy kitchenette, and spacious rooms. I felt so relaxed, no reason to complain.

customer service not friendly or helpful. wrong room was availalble needed non smoking. switched to different room which was dirty then switched to another on bottom floor but electical room which was very noisy

Good spot but not cheap

Make no mistake, the room was cleaner than I expected, really excellent. And not having any dog hair around was a relief.

It certainly wasn't inexpensive, but I'll say it was tolerable.
